We are still trying to understand why the launcher doesn’t stick on our end and trying to reproduce it with consistency. Another suggestion from the team was trying to check your anti-virus for anything blocking the access. We’ll keep working as fast as possible to solve this situation.
Please let us know if you tried disabling the AV and which software are you using.

Unfortunately, we still don’t have an ETA. Our team is working on it every day trying to figure out what happened in those particular servers. As we didn’t have the same issue on Xbox or PC PvE-C servers.

Our team reported that this issue has been investigated with 2 different Russian keyboard layouts. We were able to type with Russian alphabet in all available text fields.
In order to further investigate, can you provide some specific keyboard model, keyboard settings, and windows version?

Regarding server 2509, it had an issue on its daily restart. However, after we poked G-Portal they helped us normalize the situation.
