Also, could you record a short video to display how often you see those pink textures and how much time it takes for them to properly render?

Greetings Exiles,

We identified a situation with the New Lands portion of the Isle of Siptah. With severe performance issues that are affecting players in the area or nearby. As well as preventing or crashing upon loading when the characters are located on the premises.

Therefore, we decided to pause the decay timers on all Xbox Isle of Siptah official servers until we have a solution to put in place. Official servers will start to pick up on this change on the next daily restart and remain disabled until further notice.

Thank you to all the players that came forward to assist us in finding and pinpointing the issue.

We appreciate everyone’s patience while we work on improving our Lands.

Greetings Exiles,

Our team has found that the southern region of Siptah (New Lands, below the main island) seems to have performance issues that could lead to crashes and freezes.

On that note, could you all please share if your characters were around that area when you first started to experience the issues?
