Our team became aware of a possible workaround to try to mitigate the issue while we still work on a more solid solution. This should help make loading into a server faster, as well as prevent those who enter from freezing and crashing.
Please note that this is a workaround, it might not work for everyone and is not a permanent solution.
Feel free to give it a try and let us know if this has worked for you. Any additional information might help us pinpoint the exact root of the issue.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We were investigating if the situation happening on Xbox would also apply to PC. However, it seems isolated to the console version only. Therefore, the decay timers on the PC will be normalized after the next daily restart.
Xbox-Siptah servers will remain with their decay timer paused until we have a solution for the performance issues and crashes.
