Thank you for reaching out to us. Could you share some additional information?

  • Which Xbox model do you have?
  • Do you have your game installed on an SSD or HDD?
  • Is the console stable while playing other demanding games?

In the meantime, here are some steps that might help you. Please ensure that your save is stored on the XBOX cloud before trying each of the following:

  • Reset the console cache by holding the power button for about 10 seconds until the console powers off, then disconnect it from the power outlet for a couple of minutes, then try loading it into your SP session.

  • Try to perform a soft factory reset while keeping games and apps.

  • If the above procedures don’t help, please try to perform a full reinstall of the game.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Here are some ideas of what could impact or provide that error message. Please try the following:

  • Change to Default Graphics Card
  • Disable NVIDIA Geforce/ AMD Radeon Experience Battery boost
  • Disabling Antivirus/Firewall Software
  • Turn off Overclocking and SLI Technology
  • Reduce PC’s energy consumption

Thank you all for your feedback, it has been sent to our team. In the meantime, we would like to clarify some of your questions:

  • Why did we remove slots?
    It was indeed an overlook and as we stated several times: items in the Bazaar or Battle Pass should be strictly cosmetic. It had to be fixed in order to stand by our proposal and not harm those who chose not to purchase it.

  • What will happen with the extra items after the patch?
    The items will remain in those slots until they are removed by you. Once you remove the extra items the slots will go away until it reaches the intended number of 40 slots.
