You can also travel backwards in time, based on your auto save frequency. :)

The auto resettlement system does take habitability into account when possible, yes.

You can change the video settings in the launcher. Go to Game Settings, Video, and choose Borderless Fullscreen or Windowed mode.

If that doesn't work, go to support.paradoxplaza.com and open a ticket.

Hope this helps!

Hi!

This week is a short one in Sweden due to holidays, so instead of a normal dev diary we've got a transcript of the Stellaris Q&A session we held on the Official Stellaris Discord Server[discord.gg] on May 5th.

You can read the full Q&A transcript on the Stellaris forums.[pdxint.at]

Next week our concept artist Lloyd will take over with an in-depth diary on how to make a station.

We've got a video preview of this dev diary on our ... Read more

Its likely your mod, as there were changes to the human portraits in 3.4.

Right-click Stellaris, go to Properties, Betas tab, it should say "None". If it doesn't, this was your problem.

Otherwise, you can go to Properties, Local Files and Verify Game Files, and that should reaquire the latest version from Steam.

If *that* doesn't work, right-click Stellaris, go to Manage, and Uninstall the game and then reinstall the game.

Hey folks, can some of you experiencing this issue make a bug report[forum.paradoxplaza.com] so the devs can take a look at this?

Thanks!

This is a new one. Never heard of this before. Just to be clear does this happen without running mods at all?

In the launcher go to Game Settings, Video and choose Borderless Fullscreen or Windowed as the video option.

If this doesn't work you can go to support.paradoxplaza.com and open a ticket.

Hi all! Overlord's released!

Thanks for playing it and providing so much feedback.

As our AI programmer likes to say, "This is pretty good, but it can be even better!" and I want to talk about our short term plans on the Stellaris team.

We're planning a hotfix in the short term that addresses primary issues as quickly as we can, and a larger update with more fixes in a few weeks. (The larger update includes localization, I'll talk more about that one in this week's dev diary.)

A sneak peek of some of the things we're looking at for the hotfix include the following:

Stellaris 3.4.3 Partial Sneak Peek
[expand type=details]
  • Tweaked AI acceptance of resource contribution terms, making them more likely to accept harsher tithes/subsidies.

This sounds like a bug. The station shouldn't reactivate while there are hostile fleets in-system from my understanding. Can you report this here[forum.paradoxplaza.com], so the devs can take a look at it?

Thanks!

Are you running mods? Turn off your mods. If not, right click Stellaris, go to Properties, Local files, and Verify Game Files.

If these two things don't fix it, you can go to support.paradoxplaza.com and open a ticket. Hope this helps!

Your best bet is to go to /Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris and move settings.txt out of the folder, and then reload the game. You'll likely have to reset your resolution and stuff, but it should load this way.

If that doesn't work, you can go to support.paradoxplaza.com and open a ticket.

Hope this helps!

They're a building, in the building list. :) Unless you're using this as a not-hivemind, in which case it sounds like you found a bug.[forum.paradoxplaza.com]
