Hi everyone, a few points to make on this topic...

• Reporting absolutely works. We issue chat and game bans multiple times per day based on the reports you file.
• You're not going to get a Report Feedback message (the pop-up we send you if someone you reported) for every single ban your reports are involved with. We send these out in batches.
• We do not issue automatic bans based on quick chat usage. Someone using a racial slur during a match =/= someone hitting 'What a save!' three times in rapid succession.
• If you run into a toxic player worth reporting: Report them, mute them, and move on.

Best bet is to hit up our support team and explain what steps you have already taken. This sounds like a communication issue, not a game install issue, so they can help you troubleshoot PS4 network settings and related.

Correct. Each phase lets you redeem for up to five Golden Eggs. During the final redemption period week, you'll be able to redeem Cassettes for whichever Golden Eggs you didn't get previously. So if you have two Golden Eggs left to redeem for at the end of 80s Blockbusters, those two Golden Eggs will be available for redemption during that final week.

Thanks for the memes and feedback, all. We did a lighting pass on Salty Shores to help reduce the brightness on the map as part of the last update. It's always going to be a bit brighter than some of our other maps due to the setting.

We'll have more to share on alt versions of Salty Shores soon.

They rotate, so Blockbusters is first, and so on. The redemption period at the end will allow you to pick up any items you might have missed, though.
