I see that Muramana and Ravenous hydra has been fixed for *certain* champions on todays PBE and Runaan's hurricane. The affected champions are: Katarina R (for Ravenous hydra), Warwick R (for Ravenous hydra), Urgot W (for Muramana).
Can you please forward this post to whoever did todays Ravenous hydra and Muramana changes?
-Urgot W does not apply Muramana/Ravenous to secondary targets *at all* in Purge mode if he has Runaan's hurricane Muramana and/or Ravenous hydra)

How do you feel about Sylas not being able to draintank because of how strong GW are now? If I remember correctly, you were the one who did his mini rework a year ago, and you used the words drain tank in describing how you wanted him to play out.
You got the wrong guy, sorry. I think Sylas is better than some champs at navigating grievous because he can actually get out of fights, that being said he's still getting hit by it at the end of the day

Happens a ton, sometimes it's the rest of the system/champion moving. Sometimes its playrate going way up depressing winrate for a while. Sometimes its weird stuff like a new build/max becoming optimal and people messing up. Sometimes it's just lots of power in one elo and not in another

and also how is kled performing rn? because after the nerfs to GD steraks and rav his W/r d+ dropped to 48% from 51%.

What are the chances Veigar gets another pass to be looked at for follow-up changes if it doesn't do anything for his mid-lane play? Seeing how his current buffs are going to help support Veigar out more than mid.
I suspect the current changes are gonna help mid Veigar more but if he really doesn't get any help there I could see followup

Boss PLEASE. I remember last season that the Lethality stat in game showed us how much armour we were negating. It doesn't now, not even on the lethality stat tab. Can we have that back? It's useful information.

Hey! May I ask for a follow up on what they said? Preloaded todays PBE and Urgot W is still just at 75% on-hit, with none of the listed things working.
P.S Jayce in ranged form is unable to deal true damage on Kraken Slayer, unless if he crits (also applies if he uses W in there).
I let him know what was up, not sure if any change was made. Thanks for the Jayce tip, weird bug!
Had a question. There was a dev blog that stated: "We think rather than fully flatten the natural strategy and skill variety in LoL we would prefer to support the uneven role power but balance them into a tight spread so that all positions have the capacity to carry the game with good performance."

Hey Phlox! Not sure if you are in charge of the Urgot W buffs (50%->75%) but could they be swapped for a W being disctinct type of fix so his W could once again be usable for Phase Rush, Electrocute, Tear, Manamune, Muramana, Black Cleaver?

Any news on Riot’s thoughts about Glacial Augment?
The rune is dead (except for Senna) and I haven’t heard anything from Riot about it or their thoughts on it or why they removed the glacial augment items.
If you aren’t the right person to ask then who do I need to @ I just miss my favorite rune and I don’t understand why it got ruined.

Any discussion on Serpent's Fang? There has been more and more talk about it in the community and it looks like people are using it more often now.
Its 5 less AD than ghostblade, but 400 gold cheaper. You don't get MS bonus, but you arguably get way more damage when you fight enemies that have shields on it.
Its starting to seem like this item has quietly been really strong.
Yeah I think the item is really hard to weigh. Understanding when it's useful and how isn't easy and the stats aren't obviously why to buy it. I think there's a few items like that floating around which just aren't quite purchased as much as they should be for whatever reason

Have you thought about nerfing or adjusting BotRK? Many champions like Katarina, Jax and Irelia seem to be bypassing their mythic and going botrk early for heavy lane sustain that doesn't seem to make them weaker than going a mythic or anything
I really appreciate you guys nerfing healing across the board so thank you so much, I was scared the game was gonna revolve completely around healing eventually.
We've been investigating it though I cant tell ya if anything will come from that
