Hi – it’s taken some time to track down, and now I have to track down the old threads, as well so I apologize.

At this point in time, we cannot add additional slots to include more facial presets in the game due to the limitations of the character customization feature; if we are able to expand the amount of presets in the future we would love to bring some back, but this isn’t currently being developed.

FWIW, we do have IP bans. Some folks are bound and determined to cause problems despite the numerous roadblocks we can throw up. Appreciate the suggestion about posting limits, we’ll definitely continue to keep an eye on this.

It definitely absolutely sucks. It is one of the highest priorities to deal with across the board. I know it has been an ongoing point of frustration both for players and even for us – the bots have come back with a vengeance this last week, but we’re not going to stop working against them.

I think we already broke the “only hardcore and edgy” with the player gift animal skins haha, but this is definitely appreciated feedback

This was compensation for the unexpected hotfix and repeated weekend disconnects players experienced during primetime. I know players on Europe Central had a rough time starting out back in February, but at this point in time we’ve distributed all compensation planned to make up for those issues and we will not be providing anything more for problems that are no longer happening.

Appreciate this note, If you have the full SPELP error with all the numbers and what not that’s also helpful for me to pass along.

There’s a new trailer coming out tomorrow, advertisement is happening, the website was updated (which some players thought was an error but was in fact a landing page update). These things may not be exciting to everyone but are important pieces to promote new content for the game, especially for players who aren’t hyper-engaged like most of the folks are on the forums

SPELP is a connection error that can be related to multiple things going wrong with communications between the player and game/world servers. Often, repeated SPELP errors for players that aren’t tied to any other specific problems wind up being local connection issues, which can be difficult to solve for – some of the fixes will work for specific players/issues, some will not.

I do apologize that this is continuing to happen for you, and we are working to clarify messaging and fixes wherever we can.

On Sunday, April 10th, the North America West region came down for a hotfix (North America West Server Hotfix - 4/10 at 2 AM PT) after many players on the Mari and Valtan servers experienced disconnects and ongoing server instability.

Definitely hear the ask for patch notes to come up sooner, and ultimately we would love that as well, but until that happens we are going to share target dates and let players know when things are slated for the best we can. (Like the above – patch notes on 4/20.)
