This is not the same bug we encountered at launch, and took in very different parameters (that I won’t be sharing because I don’t want people to try to dig for exploits, lol) – Lost Ark is a massive game that is constantly getting updated and changed, so new bugs will inevitably crop up along the way. The goal, of course, is to avoid this as much as possible, but there will be times where we have to step in and patch things out like this to keep the game running smooth

If this ends up not working for players, we’ll learn that and run with that feedback accordingly. I am not committing us to just what that path might be or look like, but we are still going to be closely watching and responding – the work doesn’t stop here.

Maintenances, although sometimes inconvenient, are a normal and necessary part of keeping the game updated and running. Unfortunately we have no plans to offer compensation every time we do a maintenance.

All Lost Ark servers and regions will be coming down on March 18th at 3:45 AM PT / 10:45 AM UTC / 11:45 AM CET for a hotfix. This will resolve an issue where an item could be redeemed more times than intended. Downtime is estimated to last up to 2 hours, and we will be removing the items from the game that were generated through this method.

Not on the table right now unfortunately since those voiceovers are all owned/done by Lost Ark’s Japanese publisher, who we aren’t partnered with/don’t directly work with. Korean VO was fairly easy to get since it’s owned by SGR

We are working on getting a full localization now, and will have it on our website as soon as it’s ready! We like to have things ready to go in all supported languages a majority of the time, but we felt that this communication was urgent, so we wanted to share it quickly.

I’m not sure about the limitations on EVERYTHING being dyeable, but we are working on some flags in more places to make it easier to tell what’s dyeable and what’s not. Less pain points in general!!

That is… a whole lot to pull from my comment that said none of those things, and is not accurate at all. As I stated above, work together when it comes to making decisions; no team is “gatekeeping” another. Sitting in a meeting room isn’t “Smilegate vs Amazon,” it’s a bunch of adults talking through different perspectives, data, and feedback, and reaching a conclusion through discussion and collaboration.

As far as I’m aware, just as the gift! Pros: it’s free, cons: choosing is definitely going to be tough!

Also keep in mind, it won’t just be for the Grand Prix event – looking forward, we’ll have more events with honing mats as earnable rewards

We’re aware of this issue where both in-game clocks and event timers are acting funky – apologize for the flubbed fixes. We’ll get it done.
