In the meantime, resetting your chat settings and reopening the tab may help some folks as a workaround, but it is not a guaranteed fix.

As others have said, you will not be banned for selling your items on the Marketplace, so long as you don’t sell them and then refund the pack through Steam (as that can be considered fraud)
Appreciate the feedback – we do want to make sure completely F2P players still have access to core game features in as many ways as possible, but I understand the gold seller spam is still an awful issue
Can I ask what you were “told” by the game? This is an automatic rollout to all players (no requirements), so I’m confused as to what message you saw and where

Can confirm that additional improvements to our anti-cheat programs have also been enabled in this update, and this is likely due to that change. It will not have any ill effects to worry about
No, this event is not the one singular solution to honing materials. To start, we have also increased the materials available in the Grand Prix as well as PvP, and made some available in our player gift (that were not part of the gift in other regions). The Guardian Event is a current event, but it is not the only or last event we will have in the game – there will be more and different events in the coming months that offer honing materials, as their increased availability will be ongoing.
That said, we’re also going to watch for feedback and data to determine how much all of these things are actually helping players, and plan to adjust accordingly.
The feedback is appreciated! Will raise this with the team to see if this is something that we can implement in our system. In the meantime for clarity, any Lost Ark purchase for the game will also ensure you are trusted it does not just have to be the $5 on Steam, either is an option
