Griefing is always an actionable offense; if you encounter someone purposely trying to make others have a bad time in game, you can and should report them. If you can’t catch them in-game, you can send your report in through our website: Amazon Sign-In (And no, being bad at the game isn’t griefing. Be nice to the newbies, you had to learn the game too, once.)

At this point in time, the second delivery of Lawmaker sets have been reverted to match the first, as this is the style/model they were always intended to be in, and they will not be changing further. The second style was an older model that wasn’t to be used in the live game (don’t have details on why the final art call or changes were made, just that that’s the case).

I deeply apologize to those who made their selections based on their detail preference, and the issue has been flagged internally to be scrutinized so we can avoid anything like this happening ever again. I know it has been a confusing and slow situation as we worked to sort this out step by step.

We definitely hear the complaints and frustrations about the current difficulty of honing in the game, which is why we are going to begin injecting additional honing materials into the game for players through a variety of events and features later this week. Unfortunately, because Mail.ru is the contracted publisher for the Russian version of the game, we do not have the rights from Smilegate RPG to publish the game in that region, which means we cannot deliver it to customers in those areas.

Other folks have the right idea – while it may slow down the bots a bit, ultimately it would just slow things down and block legitimate players out of a feature. Ultimately we need to continue to improve our anti-bot/anti-cheat tools and fix this issue at the source.

The Omen skin was selected because it’s one of the few skins that’s available for all of our classes in the game – with Striker and Gunslinger being newer “gender swapped” classes, there are still a limited number of skins that can be used on them at the moment.

We are still locking in plans after our in-person meetings last week, however, I think it is important to note that we’ve learned a lot from the release of Argos and the recent discussions we’ve had with players; while we are charting the next few months of content, I want to set the expectation that we aren’t going to lock in a years-long roadmap, because we want to continue to assess and adjust with the player base when it comes to figuring out the correct content cadence that’s healthy for the game.
