While we definitely understand the desire for server transfers (and agree!) at this time it is not a regular feature that has been fully implemented in any version of the game. This is something that will take a lot of time and development before it can even be on the table, which is why it is not already being employed as a solution.

At this time after discussing with the team, there is not an available option to restore these missing dungeon entries for folks; they will automatically reset with the weekly reset. I know this is especially frustrating with the rolling restarts that happened this week, and I do apologize. We are continuing to work on stability and lessening maintenance times to ensure this does not continue into the future.
Currently we do not have any plans to come to game streaming platforms
