Sorry for the confusion, I was responding to some EU based posts and I jumbled up thinking this was also about the EU downtime.

This maintenance is happening ([Hotfix] US East, West, and South America Regions - Feb 15, 2022 11pm PT/7am UTC) but it is also to address the same thing that the EU maintenance did

This is something we’re aware of and that has been flagged. I will let you know if there is a resolution I can share.

The only outfits that are different are the starting outfits. All original starting outfits are available through white drops as soon as you get in-game. Nothing has been completely removed or censored, but we will not be reverting the starting outfits

Unfortunately they are not. As far as I’m aware, this sort of “unlocking” Twitch drop is not something that has been tried on the platform before, so it was a cool new thing but I understand that the teams have absolutely hammered through things, making it difficult to catch some of the drops. I’m not directly on the team for the event, but I know that some folks have missed out, and it’s worth passing on to see if anything can cycle back (no idea if that’s possible, but I’ll share the feedback basically :P)

I think this is going to be a choice that boils down to an individual by individual basis. I definitely appreciate the thorough breakdown and understand that the new region does not feel the most ideal for many folks, but it was a complex issue and ultimately this is the path forward that we have to take.

When it comes to languages, we have raised the idea of language filters or channels with SGR, and they are open to the idea. I can’t guarantee if/when this would be implemented because it would take full development and design work, but do want folks to know we are listening, even if results are not always immediate.

I also want to acknowledge that I know the timing for EU maintenances has not been ideal lately, but the team is operating in 24/7 launch mode and working to pump things out as quickly as possible. My understanding was that these were a limited time/not permanent feature that is a regular part of the game, which I think is the disconnect here

I am not sure what the token is in regards to the Founder’s Pack grants, but these grants have not been administered yet, so you will get it automatically when it happens

Unfortunately a full copy of characters isn’t something that’s part of the plan

I understand certain servers have been closed for a while, but please understand this is a manual process based on not only queues but also how many active players have created characters on servers. The Nineveh, Brelshaza, Procyon, Beatrice, Thaemine, Sceptrum, Slen, Antares, and Wei servers will be restarted at approximately 3:00 PM PT / 11:00 PM UTC, and will be back up within 30 minutes.
