We’ll have a roadmap towards the end of December looking into the first few months of next year, but the content cadence will indeed look a bit different next year as we continue to move ahead and get closer to “catching up” to KR.

Unfortunately a permanent server transfer feature does not currently exist in any version of the game. While it is possible an opportunity for this may open in the future, I don’t have any news on a permanently available server transfer feature coming to the game.

I’m sorry you experienced this; I know it’s frustrating. You should receive re-entry tickets in the mail within 24 hours, and if you do not please reach out to customer support so they can be restored.

The ban waves are still happening, nearly every day. Unfortunately the bot issue has reached a scale where these large numbers of bans don’t have as much of a visible impact as they did previously. We will have some bot mitigations coming to the game in the December Update that we hope will cut down on the botting issue, so more on that next week.

Unfortunately this issue goes beyond being able to just push out a fix and have things resolved; the teams are still working through the problem at scale and I’ll let you know as soon as I do have an update

Appreciate this thread – the team definitely expressed interest in getting feedback on how this worked as well as seeing the impacts on the economy and what not, so I will be sure to pass this along. It’s been great to see players positive view on it.

We’ll have some updates to bot prevention methods included in the December Update. I have not yet received an update on any changes to the status of the disconnect situation outside of having team members in Korea to continue to work through this issue with SGR.

This morning’s update to EAC was not to fix disconnects, but increased CPU usage and ensure the game fully closes at shutdown.

The fix this morning was intended to reduce the CPU usage and ensure the game fully closes on shutdown. Unfortunately it will not address other issues with game performance that you may be experiencing.

Hi everyone, as of this morning I’ve passed along the IP addresses from folks that DMed me to be cleared up, and those are being worked through now. Additionally, it looks like a few specific ISPs were hit with this issue as well, so we are working to resolve that.
