You were a new player too, once – not everyone played on the RU server, or even since the beginning of the Western launch. If you come across a new player in public lobby, try offering them advice or lending a helping hand instead of calling them unwanted or immediately trying to get rid of them. New players can’t stop being new without playing and learning the game. If you don’t want to deal with others in a massively multiplayer online game, find your own personal party to play with; but ultimately, the thing that will “kill” the game here is people actively discouraging new players from discovering and enjoying Lost Ark.

This item has just been removed due to a fraud exploit – will let players know when that is resolved.

Nothing to share about this yet, but will keep a careful eye on reports. Please let me know if you continue to experience this!!

I know it’s been a hot topic for feedback, but there has not been any change and we are indeed with sticking to the every other month class release schedule.

At this point in time, unfortunately there are not any plans to regionalize pricing in the game

This isn’t the most ideal outcome for players, and we are aware of this. However, it has shown to be a solid measure in helping us combat fraudulent purchases which is something that is extremely important to put an end to.

We’ve got a hot new Fever Time event incoming this weekend!

Kicking off on July 23rd at 3 AM PT / 10 AM UTC, one character on a player’s Roster will be able to claim special rewards through the “Fever Time” button in-game. This Fever Time event will run for the next two weekends and includes a variety of rewards to earn, including:
