As explained in the post you quoted, and the one I linked with the direct response from the developers, Its not a bug that the aircraft does not have the missile. Its known that the aircraft carried AIM-9L. This has never been disputed.

Missiles are however a balancing factor that is decided by the developers whether or not to add it. Posting photos of the missile over and over again is not going to change that.

As was also previously explained in the first post you quoted:

AIM-9J was also not just in the manual, but used on F-4Fs...

The answer as to why the AIM-9L has not been added to F-4F's loadouts has been provided for some time:

Its not a "bug" that it does not have it. Missile loadouts are decided upon by the developers and added at their discretion. AIM-9L was not added as this would have driven the BR up further. With the recent increase in the BR ceiling and revision, the F-4F was lowered based on feedback.

The GBU was never used by the F-4F and was only present in its early revision manual (based on what has been reported). As such, it too is subject to the developers decision. The report remains open as a suggestion and is not entirely ruled out from being included.

All of my answers are provided by the developers. As that is my role. So no, a developer will not come here to answer you what has already been answered, simply because you disagree with the answer.

Feedback was passed on both vehicles. However statistically they do not show performance levels indicative of a lower BR being required currently. The developers have said they will monitor them further.

The devs resolved the report with no change required. Likely a sourcing issue.

If you have material to support any missing features, feel free to report them. However so far you have made a lot of claims with no information to support them and keep referring to the fact that material on the missile is "classified". In which case, the missile has been best represented in game based on all publicly available material.

We cant add features or abilities without material to base them on, and as always, we will never use classified or restricted material.

It received Magic 2 after it was released. It did not have them from the start.

And yes, it has the "real" Magic 2. There are no open reports left on Magic 2. They have all been resolved.

Both were looked individually and both received a BR increased based on their performance.

This is not a BR discussion topic. BRs are not decided via on paper comparisons or stats, but how they perform themselves in game.

The F-104S TAF had the highest efficiency at 10.7, therefor it was not possible for it to remain at that BR. Any vehicle that's at the very top of its given BR bracket is subject to being increased. Its also worth noting it could face all the same vehicles that it faces now, with the exception of the lower 9.7s it outclassed which it previously could but now cannot face.

As its only been a single day since the changes, its too soon for any reconsiderations of BRs at this time. However the developers will monitor the changes to all vehicles and take them into consideration in the next BR update.

Me also personally playing a vehicle is not how vehicles BRs are decided. But I have indeed played it tonight and extensively before the patch too.

We are always expanding the vehcile roster every major update.

We don't plan to add later ordinance to the F-4E currently as AIM-9L/M, AIM-7F/M and LGB will simply require an increase to a much higher BR where it's flight performance and radar will let it down. There are already other Aircraft with these missiles at higher BRs that offer that type of performance.

The F-4EJ Kai received them for reasons we previously explained (Japan has far less top options). So just because something could carry something, does not mean we will keep upgrading it as it just results in its BR going up. We are always open to consideration, however it's not a given just because X carried Y at some point, it's definitely going to be added. It's down to the developers.

Regarding the F-4S, whilst we don't entirely rule out adding further Phanom family members to the game, theres nothing spesific we have to talk about right now.

We don't have national biases towards anyone. We all care about military vehciles regardless of where we come from and are focused on representing them in game for everyone to enjoy.

On a serious note we don't rule out a Ram II in the UK tree at some stage. But for now the M4A5 is entirely correct both in designation and placement as intended. It's not a "fake" name.

This is again where it was mistranslated / miscommunicated. I believe MarkVader has even edited his response in Discord to clarify. So that screenshot is not accurate and likely out of date.

It was not co-cordinated properly at all with Community Managers and not approved by CMs or Admins. MarkVader did this by himself without checking first with the Russian Community Management team if this was a suitable.

The F-4EJ Kai is currently the best Phantom variant in game. It has a superior radar to most aircraft in the game, has the joint best BVR and 4 x AIM-9L. Other Phantom variants such as the FGR.2, FG.1, F-4J and F-4J(UK) can be found at 11.3. However the EJ Kai performs better than all of these. Thus its BR was increased. At this time, the MLD / MLAs performance was not indicative of a required increase to 11.7. R-60M is also not equal to AIM-9L. However the developers will continue to monitor the situation.

This change was announced before the release of the last major update, Apex Predators, during the first dev server.

Its not a mistake.
