either way, thanks for getting onto this before the weekend. loading up the game now to see if it's fixed. will edit with updates

edit: it's fixed but man oh man the blackscreen bug's still there. also some stutters every now and then (never used to occur previously) but much more tolerable than the mouse input bug. game is now playable on PC.

Around at the end, before moving down the stairs, the bug starts again. My Highlights are set at 1 minute each, video is 43 seconds long - that means, the bug appears around each minute for a few seconds. Doesnt sound that long, but it literally makes the game unplayable since it mostly happens mid-fight. Its not that noticeable in the video, but thats the best I could get without being forced to play for any longer.

The only reason anyone says it’s good is because as a 64 player experience it plays better than the converted 128 player maps. On its own, it’s ugly and was a waste of a season. That being said, I have not been matched into 128 Orbital in over a month. Not only is that one of the best maps in the game, but is also pleasing to look at. I’ve played the game since launch and seeing this separation from 128 is really disappointing.

I actually bought the game on Steam after playing the free weekend.

Played 2042 for the first month on release through EA Play as I didn't want to buy it because I wasn't a fan of the beta and absolutely hated it and never touched it until this weekend and had a blast. Got to give props to EA and DICE for actually sticking with it and fixing the game but I have a bad feeling they'll repeat similar mistakes come the next BF game.
