Sorry to hear you getting connection issues along with this error.

This issue has been forwarded to the development team already, who is currently working on fixing it as soon as possible.

In the meantime, can you please try following the steps in this article? I know you have mentioned doing some of the steps already.

Also can you please also try temporarily disabling UPnP on your router as well? If this does not help, please re-enable it.
