Unfortunately, Ubisoft Support has no ability to remove abandonment penalties, as they are issued server-side by an automated system. However, to prevent this from happening in the future, I'd suggest the steps here.
@ayazami_ I'm sorry to hear this happened. Unfortunately, Ubisoft Support is unable to lift these temporary sanctions. As far as the disconnect, did you receive any specific error messages?
