@free_kill-_ Hi there! Sorry to hear you're having issues purchasing credits in Rainbow Six Siege. Sometimes you can get this message if you attempt to purchase large amounts of credits, or attempt to try again too quickly. Firstly, I'd recommend waiting 48 hours before attempting to purchase again. As well as this, please make sure your Steam overlay is enabled, and that your Ubisoft Account is fully filled out with your Name, location, Language, and Gender.

  1. Wait 48 hours before attempting to purchase again.
  2. Make sure your Steam location matches your account.

As stated, Support cannot remove these sanctions, or restore MMR or rank, as they are all issued server-side over an automated system. @if1am3z Hey there, sorry to hear this! Just to clarify, when you get the "controller disconnected" error message, you will press A to try and reconnect, but it does not reconnect? Does your game freeze at all when this happens?
