@phuong11922 Thank you so much for these images. It looks like this is a region-lock issue. Since this is a North American regional disc, and you/your PlayStation 4 is not based out of North America, any extra content would be incompatible. I'd recommend reaching out to the vendor that you purchased your game from to get a region-appropriate copy. My apologies for any inconvenience!

Are you unable to find the codex page, or you can find it, and simply cannot interact with it? What area of the map are you looking for the page in?

@samppa10s Hi there! To clarify, your loadouts and presets will be reset when you enter the game, but this only happens with Elite skins? In addition, your elite gadgets show as default/stock skins and you cannot change this?

Hey there @flopsalot, sorry to hear you're having these issues trying to buy credits! Please go into your in-game properties, disable the overlay, and log out completely. Then, log back in and enable the overlay. If your issue persists after this, please make sure you're not also using a VPN.
