Thank you for reaching out to us!

Are you only using the Cloud Save system on both systems?

As using the local manual save system should allow you to have saves contained to just PS5 / PC.

As for being 'kicked' on your other device, are you attempting to run both platforms at the same time?

For testing purposes, could you please try uninstalling the Siege of Paris Add-On by going to 'Manage Game Content' and let us know if you're then able to travel to England?
