@BuG Thanks for the information! It's possible that we patched the issue previously and the bug came back. To check, were you able to complete the troubleshooting steps that Ubi-Mark provided you with? It is important that we complete all of the steps successfully before we proceed.

@pesto We appreciate you confirming that for us! If you're willing to, please provide us with a short video clip of you purchasing the axe again, and then showing the weapon missing from your inventory. (Please upload it to YouTube as an unlisted or public video, and then leave the link here.) Also, can you let us know which game edition (Standard / Gold / Ultimate) you own, and whether it's a digital or physical copy? Lastly, if you can provide us with a screenshot from your main menu showing the patch version, that would be super helpful as well!

@Oni_Wun Thanks for reaching out! To clarify, did you previously own the armor piece that is missing? Can you let us know which specific armor piece it is?
