@Jebbadiah76 I am sorry to hear that this is still happening! Players should be able to log in with our support site and then open support tickets as they are needed. Just to confirm, were you able to complete the rest of the troubleshooting steps as well? If those haven't been done yet, please do them now, and be sure to try opening a case through incognito mode on Google Chrome.

Hi @Gorgomir thank you for reaching out! To answer your question, we do not sell the pass or pack separately from the Ultimate Edition. Aside from re-purchasing the game, another decent alternative would be getting Ubisoft+, because that content is included with the subscription as well.
