I see, thank you for explaining! The team has been looking into mid-match sanctions and the causes behind them. Can you let me know if the abandonment sanction you received mid-match forced you out of the match?


UncleFaxz, I'm so sorry you lost MMR as a result of this ban. Did you also leave any matchmaking queues prior to the game that you received the sanction in?

Welcome to the forums, FERN4NDO_123! I am sorry to hear your game keeps freezing sporadically! Does it only freeze when in matches? When it crashes after the long freezes, does it produce an error code at all?
