I see what you mean about the pixellation, so I'd really like to get this issue reported, and have other players' share their experiences. Would you able to repost this in our Assassin's Creed Valhalla forums? Due to the forum platform being different, we're unable to move your thread. Since you purchased the game from the Playstation store, you will need to reach out to Sony with your refund request. We're unable to provide refunds for games that were purchased elsewhere.

Hey there! Welcome to the forums. Please make sure that Rainbow Six Siege and Ubisoft Connect are both whitelisted in your Anti-virus software. This is generally done through the Exceptions List (may be named differently depending on your software). When adding the game as an exception remember to add the executable (exe) for both the game and Ubisoft Connect.

Hey there Cavendar.WT! I appreciate you reaching out with this matchmaking irregularity! Can you let me know how long you were waiting in queue before you cancelled out of it? When you clicked "Reconnect," did it start you in a new queue, or back to the queue that you were waiting in?
