Hey there christian.dion, thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear you've received a ban in Rainbow Six Siege. I've reviewed the entirety of your ticket and see that the team reviewed your account and activity before issuing the denial to your appeal. If you would like to further appeal your ban, you will need to reach out to BattlEye Support. There they have the tools to view the reasoning and provide feedback.

Hi there, BLUExRESILIENCE! I'm sorry to hear about your sudden abandonment penalty! Had you cancelled out of any matchmaking queues prior to the game you were in? Sometimes this can trigger this issue.

Hey chelsea091610! Welcome to the forums! This ownership error is from trying to launch the game from a Ubisoft account that either doesn't have the game activated on it, or the DLC isn't there either. I checked your account and do see that your game is on it, so it seems your DLC has been activated on a different Ubisoft account (even if accidentally). I'd be glad to get this sorted out with you. Hello P1ksla258! Thanks for sending us a message. I'd be glad to look into this with you! The error you're receiving is caused by launching the game from a Ubisoft account that does not have the game activated on it. This means that you have two Ubisoft accounts, which sometimes happens by accident. Welcome to the forums, ccCaptain333, and I'm sorry to hear you've been having trouble purchasing on the Store! I see that you have the Steam version of Rainbow Six Siege. You will need to purchase credits through the in-game Steam store. Please make sure that your Steam overlay is enabled Also, I checked your support ticket, would you be able to submit a screenshot of whichever error you're experiencing to your ticket? This will help!
