Hey gigglefish707! Are the players moving around as well as being in a crouching up and down animation? Like, are they just AFKing, or are they participating in the match but it just looks weird on your side?

I'd be grateful for a brief video of what you're seeing too, so I can get a better read on the situation. Thanks!

Hi Secunda.! Seeing your rank in your profile has changed a little. It should show the Ranked icon next to your profile picture, and if you click on your profile it does still show your current season's rank and your W/L and K/D for the current ranked season. The second location to see your Rank is via the main menu as you mentioned. You need to go to Play -> hover over Ranked and click on the "More Info" option -> My Rank to be able to see it.

Hey there, LadyPAAAN.Artic. There could be a lot of reasons why multiple games, or other software are crashing after a BIOS update. I would start out with running a SFC scan. There are directions here from Microsoft. Once that's completed, let us know what results you receive before you click on Repair.
