Hey there, Aranorde! I am sorry that you are encountering this issue for so long. As my colleague mentioned, this is under investigation. I saw the ticket that you submitted a few days ago and have made sure that your system files and report have been passed along to the team. Just to check, when you game freezes and crashes, is the black screen still presenting itself or is it immediately closing to the desktop?

Hi Jaga.Telesin! I checked on the ticket where you reported this, and see that your information and workaround was provided to the team investigating this issue. Can you let me know the exact model of your mouse? Also, when you changed the polling rate, does the game remain fixed, or do you have to make changes each time to enter the game? Lastly, does the change in polling rate make your movement 100% smooth, or just smoother in general? Thank you!

Hello GlennFlatpack! I appreciate you reaching out with this issue. When you're returning to your own world, are your directives being disabled as well as disappearing? Are you able to reset them once they've disappeared? Has this happened when your world isn't set to Heroic?

I understand that you do not have a video to provide, but it would be incredibly helpful if you're able to grab one at any time.

Hey there, blixten111! I'm sorry to hear that you're encountering freezes in The Division 2! I would like to know more about the behavior of this issue. When it freezes, do you still hear audio? Are you freezing while in menus, in a menu, or free roaming? Is it ever freezing and crashing when you launch it?

Hey Superkajda, are you both unable to adjust settings in your routers? It is uncommon that a Strict NAT is able to easily play in multiplayer modes, so forwarding ports is very helpful.

I also suggest having both of you whitelist For Honor and Ubisoft Connect in your anti-virus software as the software may be causing an interruption to the service.
