Hey GlennFlatpack! I apologize for the delay. I appreciate you bringing forward all of this information, but I am so sorry to hear that it happened in the first place! Your frustration is completely understandable. Videos can be much more useful than it sometimes appears, so if you have captured any even snippets of this behavior you're experiencing, it would be helpful. I can certainly report this to the team though, and look into similarly reported issues. Do you have any screenshots of the boss stuck in the brick room at the top from your example 1 in second post?

Hey ninjasan10, I'm sorry that we weren't able to reach out sooner, but it is good to hear that it's working after a reinstall. Should this issue happen again, please try emptying your Ubisoft Connect cache as well as clearing your PC's temp files. Let us know if it continues to occur!
