Hi YannDabutcher! I am sorry to hear you are having trouble talking to Manny. This issue has been reported to the TD2 team. For reference, were you playing in a co-op session? Did you skip any cutscenes? Have you tried logging out and logging back in? That helped my friend who encountered a similar issue.

@jesperbx16v The issue would be related since TD2 does not support emulated copies of Windows. The only OS it supports is 64 bit version of Win 7 SP1, Win 8.1 and Win 10.
