To start, I recommend running Epic and Ubisoft Connect as an administrator. Next, I recommend verifying your game files. Lastly, if you are not already, I recommend launching Valhalla from the Connect launcher instead of the Epic games launcher! Please let me know if this helps.

@derelllicht Gotcha! Thanks for the information. I am glad to hear that the crashing has lessened but I do apologize they are still randomly occurring. Also to answer your question, yes the crash reports do help! However, when the crashes are very consistent as you were experiencing we always recommend reaching out to us to be able to further investigate steps we can suggest to try.

- Do you use Quick Resume/Switcher? Do you leave the game minimized at all, and if so, how long?
- If you close the app and re-launch it, are you able to save again? Please specify for Quick, Auto, and Manual saves

I am glad to hear that it works properly on your Xbox one, however I am sorry to hear that you are encountering the error that others are running into on the Xbox X. Thank you also for sharing that quick resume is the reason that you believe this is occurring. Just to check, when you do not use quick resume on your Xbox X do you not run into this error message?
