@middlemedal18 Hello! Thank you for reaching out. The Ultimate Edition of Valhalla included the base game, the Year 1 season pass (The Season Pass includes: The Legend of Beowulf quest, Wrath of the Druids expansion and The Siege of Paris expansion) and the Ultimate pack. As it stands it does not include Ragnarok due to Ragnarok being part of Year 2. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

@misterfibble I completely understand the frustration you are having with being switched which data center you are connected to consistently throughout the game. I also appreciate your suggestion to allow a player to choose the data center they are connected to in order to allow a more seamless experience. Just to check, were you able to give the troubleshooting a try to test if that made any improvements on the stability of the game connection?

Did you fast travel before or after the bounty and manhunt completion pop-up? 
Have you encountered the same issue in the past while interacting with Agent Kelso and if yes, in what circumstances?
