@randelia Hi there! I am sorry to hear that you are unable to hire Jomsvikings that are not above level 1. Could you please let me know what level your Jomsviking hall is upgraded to? The hall can be upgraded multiple times which will allow you to hire higher level Jomsvikings. If you are able, please provide a screenshot showing your current level of your Jomsviking hall.
