Thank you all for taking the time to report this issue. We wanted to let you know that we are looking into this and it should be fixed in an upcoming incremental patch.

It's not in the next incremental on the 8th. We haven't implemented a fix to test yet, so it'll be at least a few weeks.

I have received 2 additional Ouroboros crates without an E-Mail today after succesfully dropping and opening 2 crates last weekend (with a confirmation E-Mail).

So I think the crates have been delivered twice.

Thanks again for your patience, everyone. We just fixed this issue so you should now receive the Ouroboros Crate in-game when you receive a notification email about earning a Twitch Drop. For anyone that did not get crates from the past week but did receive the email, we'll be sending these out starting tomorrow.

Just to update, we're currently testing a fix for this issue. Unfortunately it won't be included in our next incremental scheduled for September 8 as that's already locked and in certification, but we'd like to get it into the following patch if we're able.

Hi all, thanks for letting us know. This change wasn't intentional, and we're working on getting it fixed for a future patch.

Could you all check to see if you have a cloud-based application like Google Drive, OneDrive, etc syncing to your Documents folder?

Are you all able to provide an exact location in IC where you're running into this issue? Easiest thing may be to post a screenshot of your map. Also, are you targeting other players or monsters?

UPDATE!
POSSIBLE FIX.
Somehow managed to fix it. What I did was I set to run client as administrator, restarted the pc, and then launched the game again. During the launch my antivirus, avast, asked me if i want to block eso from accessing and changing files which i set to "No". After loading a game I checked the checkbox as always and voila.

Only thing I noticed is that it enabled all addons, even the ones which were previously checked off.

Could someone else from this thread check any antivirus software you may be running and make sure it's not blocking ESO files?
