Just to update, we're currently testing a fix for this. If everything looks good, we'll plan to get this into the next incremental patch (so not the one on Tuesday the 8th, but the one after that). Thanks for your patience, everyone.

I have received 2 additional Ouroboros crates without an E-Mail today after succesfully dropping and opening 2 crates last weekend (with a confirmation E-Mail).
So I think the crates have been delivered twice.
