Wanted to give you a heads up that we'll be performing maintenance on the PTS tomorrow, Sept 19, beginning at 10am EDT. This will include a PC NA character copy, and should take a few hours to complete. This is not Update 28, but is rather just a reboot and some backend maintenance (sorry!)

It was fixed on PC earlier today, but an issue just recently arose affecting Xbox and PS4 players. We're working on getting it fixed now.

pressing E for dig sites worked today up untill the point the AOE testing started, Now you can not do the dig site after scrying.

Which dig site were you at when this happened?

In 2 weeks since our PC patch cadence is now bi-weekly.

Test 1 has officially begun on PC NA and EU in Cyrodiil. Starting now until September 14, all AoE abilities will have a shared global 3 second cooldown. Also just a reminder that you can earn double AP in Cyrodiil for participating in this test.

It's not fixed yet, but we are aware and working on it.

Thanks for the questions, @Izanagi.Xiiib16_ESO; appreciate you staying constructive here. The tests will indeed always be active during the time frames provided. It's a bit too soon to say what types of results we'll be publishing once everything is finished, but we can certainly keep your questions in mind. As for your suggestions, we've passed these along to the team for consideration, though it's worth mentioning removing the faction lock isn't something we can do on the fly and not something we could do in time for the start of the tests on the 8th.

Just to update, we're currently testing a fix for this. If everything looks good, we'll plan to get this into the next incremental patch (so not the one on Tuesday the 8th, but the one after that). Thanks for your patience, everyone.

Just to follow up, if you received any extra crates after the most recent fix was implemented, you're welcome to keep and open them.

It's not in the next incremental on the 8th. We haven't implemented a fix to test yet, so it'll be at least a few weeks.

I have received 2 additional Ouroboros crates without an E-Mail today after succesfully dropping and opening 2 crates last weekend (with a confirmation E-Mail).

So I think the crates have been delivered twice.

I play on PC-EU
