I play on the PlayStation NA server and had this bug about a month ago at the same spot OP is describing. We tried all dying and respawning at beginning of dungeon, we looked for any trash mobs we might have missed. Nothing worked and we couldn't finish the dungeon

Hey @AvalonRanger thanks for the report. Are you able to provide any additional details that may help us reproduce this issue? You mention that "other dungeons have this type of bug" as well. Which dungeons? And it is specifically doors? Is it everyone in your party or just you?

Lastly, is this new as of today, or was it happening before today's update?

Hi all,

We can confirm that this is a tooltip error. The tooltip for Empower should say it increases Heavy Attack damage by 80%. This will be fixed in a future patch.

Hi everyone,

We have just completed a hotfix on all realms that included the following:
[list][*] Fixed an issue where some players had an excess amount of Champion Points upon logging in after a Champion Points reset. (Excess Champion Points were not permanent.)
[*] Fixed an issue where Collector's Edition mail was not properly appearing in the in-game mailbox for some players.[/list]

Step: I searched for High King Emeric and then I have to go back to Queen Ayrenn.

I've tried leaving the zone but it did not help.



Thank you! We checked in with our Content team this morning and they provided the following instructions on where Queen Ayrenn should appear:

There's a path directly from the Flooded Coast Wayshrine, going north, that will take you to a pile of bodies and then Queen Ayrenn will pop up and come over to you. The Wayshrine should be slightly northwest of where the map pin currently is.

Could you give that a try?

There was probably another vent active at the time. If it is like the Dolmens, then there can only be one Vent active at a time.



Yep, Vince beat us to it. They do randomly spawn throughout the zone, so if you 're standing in the same spot you may get lucky and have it respawn right there again but the spawns do move around the zone.
