Guys, When it comes freezes and crashes, they are usually can be caused be a lot of different issues and the best way to resolve them is by reaching out to support.

Try to run "Check and repair" in WGC game settings. it should check if any game files are corrupted and fix them

She's a premium ship now so it's actually quite an upgrade. As for Xp, personally, I'd mount some signal flags on Svetlana and Then Podvoiski and would get Budyonny pretty fast. If you feel like it's not worth your time and have enough doubloons to convert to free XP - you can do that as well.

For everyone who experiencing connection issues - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Submit a ticket to support. Attach WGCheck report and, preferably, Pingplotter report. Most of those issues can't be resolved unless you submit a ticket. If you have any issues submitting it or feel like CS is not assisting you - then I can jump on board and see if there's anything else can be done.

Let me know if you still have any issues and make sure to remove mods if you have any installed

@SchrodingersPandaI'm sad to be a bearer of sad new but according to the currently posted minimum requirements, your Graphics adapter is below minimum requirements. Intel HD Graphics 3000 is internal videocard that was decent for some gaming back in 2011 when it was first introduced but in the modern world it's outdated.

We don't have any pages in the game that would involve a lot of scrolling. I guess scrolling is optimized to mouse wheel with the idea that all modern mice have them. I never grabbed any of them with my mouse before in the game and generally use this feature outside the game when have to deal with a vast amount of information to save time on scrolling but it's not applicable to the game.

That doesn't sound right. Was it a one-time thing or you were able to reproduce it.

I'd recommend submitting a ticket to CS. Normally they focus on resolving technical issues but they can also provide recommendations on how you can boost the performance of your machine.

The key here is the spec of your PC. You've mentioned that it's "an ASUS laptop that's a few years old" but many laptops were not designed for gaming in the first place. While they may have decent CPU and RAM, very often they have internal GPU onboard that is designed normally for HD video playback and some light gaming.

So, submit a ticket, attach WGCheck report and ask them to help. That's the best advice I can give right now.
