All of the policies ( well at least most of them) are posted on the support portal. Some of them might be missing due to the fact that we're still working on the articles to publish them or to adjust them. If you find that there's anything missing there and you'd like to be added - let me know.

It's not about who responds to your ticket. Each still has to follow certain guidelines and policies. And though we wish to help all players sometimes we have to say no. When it comes to containers the general policy is that once it's opened we can't provide a refund.

In 99% of cases it's not required. You can simply import game files to WGC and play as usual.

What is that supposed to mean? CS is there to help you and that attitude won't resolve any issues at all.

All recent replays should be saved to your Replays folder automatically so if you or anyone else encounter this issue please make sure to attach it. In addition to that please attach WGCheck report. Replay will only show what you can see while in-game. WGCheck report should have some game logs saved that could help CS agents and QA engineers to investigate the issue.

We had an unplanned server restart last night. Those are rare but sometimes needed. Sorry for any inconvenience.

If you experience anything like that in the future make sure to check the CS portal for any downtime notifications. If there's nothing there it's time to panic :)

If you encounter it again please submit a ticket and provide WGCheck report. CS can investigate it and escalate it if needed.

In the meantime, if you wish to help your friends or clanmates in-game you can actually buy them a gift in the premium shop. I understand that's not exactly how you wanted to help but at least there's this option.

Yeah, Let's not punish those guys who experienced sudden power/network outage. They're already frustrated with that and pink status that they've earned.

Consider I said nothing, but recently we've adjusted our bot detection processes and they'll be gone forever pretty fast. It may look sometimes like we're not doing anything about botters and those who decide to use illegal mods but it's a constant work and progress and some people actually realize that in order to keep playing the game they should uninstall whatever scripts they are using.

Do you know that you can get her back for credits at any time? All you need is just submit a ticket.

She's slow but once you know her pros and cons and spec your captain skills accordingly - she's quite a beast

I can confirm it's the same old article so you won't get any rewards from it if you redeemed it before. But there should be other articles available till June 5 so go on and find 'em all.

If a player is not present in the game on a regular basis he will automatically will be flagged by our antiabuse system (same as TKers) and will only be able to join co-op battles unless the issue is fixed).

As for the legit bots we actually working on banning them on a regular basis.

@Morpheous I know it may look like it for you that would affect a large number of people. To be honest in any outcome we need to collect network diagnostic data using Pingplotter in order to see where the issue appears. If it's on your end - we'll let you know, if it's somewhere on the ISP end ( you'd be surprised how many hops your signal should go through on the way from your computer to our servers and back and the problem might appear on any of them) will provide you with information that you need in order to reach out to them and prove the problem. And if it's on our servers somewhere, our network engineers would still require a diagnostic date to see where exactly is the problem.

The best way to provide that information is by submitting ticket.

Fair point. I see that you haven't submitted any tickets regarding that. I'd ask you to fix that. If support won't be able to resolve it for you I can collect all diagnostical information and send it over to WGC devs.
