PT Server is down and 0.9.6 is scheduled to be released tomorrow. So the fix is waiting till 0.9.6 is released tomorrow

Actually, even if you submit a ticket into the wrong category worst thing that might happen is that it might take a little longer for them to respond. Any billing ticket category would work.
