I can't wait to see any tickets and check some WGCheck reports. It's nice that you reporting this but without diagnostical data there's nothing that can be done

It's a known issue with that map. As far as I remember it can only be reproduced in the Training room and only in one mode I just don't remember which one.

You logged in to the portal with your inactive account that never entered battle. Please log out and log back in with proper account credentials.

@95B812MP I've reviewed your ticket you submitted and from the look of it I see that you might mistake received FreeXP with the gold. In case if you encounter any similar situation feel free to make a screenshot (by clicking on "Print Screen" button) and send it over to support. You can find your screenshots in "screenshot" folder located where you have your game installed.

If you go to the armory, there's a dedicated tab there where you can get random bundles. You can get 1 token a day when you log in to the game. If you're unlucky enough you still can get rental subs in 7 days. Event ends on June 24th.
