We experienced a brief connectivity issue resulting in the 'Scarlet Krait' error for a number of players, but this should now be resolved.

If you want to play through Steam, you can claim a free Steam partner key for the base game from https://www.frontierstore.net/frontier_partnerkeys/
If you then wish to play Odyssey through Steam, you simply need to purchase Odyssey through the Steam store.
