Hi everybody, could you tell me which part of the world you’re playing from, and the names of your ISPs please?

Oh wow - would you be able to upload a couple of console logs, from sessions where these disconnects have occurred? I can then pop it in to our database for investigation.

1. Press the Windows key + R
2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Vermintide 2\console_logs
4. Locate the console log that corresponds with the session in which the issue occurred, by looking at the timestamps in the log names

Please may I double-check that your ‘Game Details’ setting in Steam is not set to private? Navigate to your Steam profile, and select ‘Edit Profile’ → ‘Privacy Settings’.

Unfortunately persistent corruption errors of this nature are usually indicative of another underlying problem. Sometimes it’s RAM-related, such as having mismatched RAM speeds. I believe you’ll see it in an upcoming update, but I’ll need to double check when I’m back in the office.

The logs show your friend is encountering a non-descript Access Violation crash. Though unfortunately there aren’t any clear indicators as to why.

They can occur for a number of reasons and identifying the cause usually requires a process of elimination.

The weapon blueprints and illusions are added to your inventory upon purchase. The weapons must be crafted though

The builder will let you build one question, but it misses an attribute if you then try to make more in the same post, so you need to add a unique name=XYZ in to the opening declaration of each question; eg

I don’t even get that option :') … unusual to say the least.

No changes on our end, and no recent updates to the Steam client, so I’m not sure what could’ve happened here!
