No problem. Have you recently made any changes to your PC’s hosts? (C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc)

Failing that, please try a ‘Selective Startup’ which can help rule out any interference from a background application:

1. Press the Windows key
2. Type ‘msconfig’ and select ‘System Configuration’
3. On the ‘General’ tab, select ‘Selective Startup’
4. Deselect ‘Load startup Items’
5. Reboot your PC
6. Launch Vermintide 2 as normal, and see if the issue persists

Are you able to connect your PC to a mobile data hotspot? This way, you should be able to isolate the issue to the PC or the network.

What is your ‘Sound Quality’ and ‘Sound Channel Configuration’ setting under the Audio tab in Settings set to?

Also - do you have an Oculus connected?

This is odd, as the Vermintide 1 & 2 servers are entirely separate. Is there something interfering with your connection - a VPN, proxy, perhaps a Firewall/Anti-Virus?

We are aware of this issue, but have been unable to replicate it on our end unfortunately. Please could you share your PC’s specifications with me?

The PS4 version of Vermintide 2 has just received update 1.29, bringing it up to date with the latest fixes and tweaks.

Stability

• Fixed a crash client-side players could sometimes encounter when switching characters while striking an emotive pose.
• Fixed a crash that could occur when players went to salvage a new and unseen item in their inventory.
• Fixed a crash client-side players could encounter when dying and respawning under the AoE of a Cursing Grugde Marked boss.
• Fixed a crash that could occur when completing a Weave with at least one player ‘waiting to be rescued.’
• Fixed other various, unspecifiable crashes.

You will, as long as both VT1 and VT2 have been purchased digitally. For example: if you have the disc version of VT2 and proceed to purchase VT1 digitally, it will not work.

Hello, so I have a mixture of news, but feel it better to be transparent and communicate with you all.

• We will be adding No Wobble in a future patch, but it’ll be a couple months out with another update due to how we’re sourcing resources at the present time.
• Detailed/numeric UI was omitted because we felt it was unreadable on large screens, however, we’re working on how to best integrate it for console players, and are also aiming to get it in with the update No Wobble will come in with if we can come to a solution that works on larger screen sizes.

Right now, Vermintide 2 doesn’t have the capacity to support crossplay (networking, balance, realms, etc), but maybe some surprises coming up for other things.

I’m on the case to asking both of these questions now.
