Your upload speed appears to be quite low. Hosting with low upload speed can be problematic,

Could you try enabling the ‘Small Network Packets’ option in Vermintide 2’s ‘Network’ panel.

If your ISP could boost your upload speed that would be most ideal.

I completely agree with you, PS4 is a mess. We’ve resolved it internally and are in the process of running it through the QA process, with the aim of hotfixing.

I hear some of you are still experiencing issues which is very unfortunate. Please do double-check you have the latest updates for the Steam client installed via ‘Steam’ → ‘Check for Steam Client Updates…’. No need to switch to the Beta, it’s all live.

As this is just occuring with ‘Official’ realm, this indicates it’s related to Easy Anti-Cheat. Are any other errors being dispayed on screen to you at the time?

You’re encountering a GPU-related crash. I recommend running through the solutions listed here:

Yes, your upload speed is very low. In the mean time you could try enabling the ‘Small Network Packets’ option in Vermintide 2’s ‘Network’ panel. But it would be infinitely better if your ISP could boost your upload speed somehow.

Could you let me know what your connection’s upload speed is please @Jaywu? You could try using a website like https://www.speedtest.net/

Could you check that the Easy Anti-Cheat service is enabled please?:

1. Open the Command Prompt as an administrator
2. Enter the command:
   services.msc
3. Locate Easy Anti-Cheat within the list and double-click it
4. Change ‘Startup Type’ to ‘Manual’
5. Save the changes

The latest Steam client update has introduced this issue; mouse sensitivity will change involuntarily after opening the Steam overlay - we’re working on it.

Hotfix 4.2.2.3

• Made changes to reduce cases where DLC seemingly gets unlinked from the players account, causing DLC weapons/illusions/frames (etc) to disappear temporarily.
• Fixed some cases where the Minotaur could cause a crash.

I’ve checked with one of our Backend Wizards and clarified what happened.

We can see the 1h axe illusion “Urklinkaz” has been purchased recently, but no others. I was mistaken before about which illusion I’d seen added to your account - apologies!!

No Shillings were charged for anything else.

I’ve gone ahead and refunded the Shillings to you so you can now purchase your desired illusion

Has the pencil icon straight-up disappeared from the toolbar on the lower right-hand side? What if you click the pencil icon next to the post’s creation date? (If it exists)
