Yea, did some 200% twitch with Crak today. It’s a lot of fun. Btw, we got 2 minatours with a vote? Does 200% spawn 2x bosses every time or did we just get unlucky and get a map boss with twitch? But yea, we didn’t get any boss spawns the rest of the games. Or perhaps the voters just didn’t choose it.

My only problem with the weeklies is that they last way too long. The darkness one seemed to go on forever…

This is squarely on us. A fix is in the oven

The Twitch 2.0 changes are absolutely phenomenal. They’re so fun and there are so many more options. The customization additions are amazing. I didn’t even know you guys made patch notes and stuff like these:

Testing the new patch, first game went fine. Loaded back into the keep, everything was fine. Started the next game, someone joined in progress. When we got into the game, the sound was all messed up. It was very low, I had to crank it up to max on my headset and I still couldn’t hear things like the backstab noise and other sound ques.

Everyone in the party had the same issue. The guy who joined thought it was him and left, didn’t fix it.

Enemies who attack on the move will continue their trajectory when dodged. That’s the design intention at least.

Comment

It’s still totally viable to back dodge since 2.0, just not against all enemy movements.

Very nice changes, can’t wait to test them. Jumping on now for some games. Good work fatshark and thanks for listening to the feedback. The darkness of the Gors was a real problem, I can probably turn my gamma down now :joy:

Try enabling ‘Spatial Sound’ and see if there’s any improvement.

You may also need to change your ‘Speaker Configuration’ within the Vermintide 2 ‘Audio’ menu, to reflect your set-up (‘Stereo Headphones’ or ‘Speakers’).

Try running through the solutions listed here.

Someone in this thread is multiboxing, and they know who they are. It’s against the forum guidelines and will ultimately see both accounts (and future accounts) permanently removed from the forums. You’ve 24 hours to slide in to my DMs to let me know which account you wish to keep. Failure to comply will see both removed per the guidelines.

(The above is edited to remove blame from the previously implied OP which isn’t necessarily the case)

Seems you have the classic (Champion of Ubersreik) hero skin applied, which the hats aren’t compatible with unfortunately as these particular skins are considered to be ‘Full-Body’ skins. This may change at a later date.

Sorry to hear you’ve been having a bad time with crashes. There doesn’t appear to be much consistency to it, some appear to potentially be the result of some recent downtime in our backend, and others look to be Access Violation crashes.

Could you try lowering your ‘Worker Thread’ count within the launcher’s ‘Settings’ menu down to 6, and see if there’s any improvement?

The error produced indicates your installation is corrupted/incomplete. Please ‘Verify Integrity of Game Files’ via the Steam client by:

  1. Right-click Vermintide 2 in your Steam library sidebar
  2. Select ‘Properties’
  3. Select the ‘Local Files’ tab
  4. Select the ‘Verify the Integrity of Game Files’ button. This may take several minutes
  5. When complete, close and reopen Steam
  6. Launch Vermintide 2

Gotcha, then this would be something for us to look in to  Thanks.

Without further context for the line, it seems to be intentional.

Have you made sure it’s not the speaker setup issue that came with latest Windows update?
You have to open the options menu in Vermintide and choose Speaker output from “Auto” to “Stereo” if your using headphones.

Let me know if that makes things better.

Cheers

Enemies spawning in and despawing has been a issue since launch. But it’s happening way more now with WoM. It’s not uncommon to turn around and see an entire horde appear spread out, they stand still for 2 seconds or so and then all charge at you. The scary ones are the CWs and maulers that disappear and then reappear a few seconds later doing an overhead.
