Try restarting Steam, your PC or clearing Steam's download cache. Sounds a lot like a known issue where the browser will appear empty for some players, we're looking in to why this occurs.

First of all thanks for your quick response, this was the last crash report I got. About the update being from steam: I don´t know why but the days before I played on high grafic quality settings with no/minor performance issues and it alsmost never crashed. But since the steam update yesterday it kept crashing on high settings. As above, any updates you’ve received have been from Steam. They’re redistributables (to be specific) but this isn’t communicated well in the client, leading players to believe the updates are from us when they’re not.

Pop your crash reports over to me and I’ll check ‘em out.

There's multiple potential solutions for this error.

This error can also be indicative of a problem with your Operating System so please ensure you have the latest updates for Windows installed.

Additionally, you may need to uninstall your existing version of Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, reboot your PC and reinstall from the Microsoft website: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=48145

Did you run the prologue again? The issue is long since resolved.

We agree with a lot of the sentiment in the comments here. The game isn't competitive but cooperative, and even the green circles in-game right now breed toxicity and are something we'll be switching up in the future. A battlelog style system will not be something we exolore.
