That's not really how things can work. The content already planned for this update is (as can clearly be seen on the dev streams and dev server) itself not final or complete. The devs have a roadmap and plan already in place for what needs to be in this major and what's possible to achieve. On top of this is any issues or feedback reported during the dev server. As always, its always a possibility the odd vehicle or extra can make it. But whole new weapon systems that we don't already have in game are not the sort of thing that can simply be fast-tracked to the forefront without proper development time and planning according to our schedule and available development resources. This doesn't just apply to Anti-Radiation / ALARM, but any new feature or weapon systems.

Retrain crew? You do not need to retrain crew. Simply use SAME crew as previously.

If you have problems with basic mechanics, I will move your thread to The Academy section. Someone maybe will explain you in details how to check what vehicles are attached to which crew

This is an export manual, referring to what appears to be the Czech armament. This is not reflective of the Soviet MLs armament. The premium version coming to the game is Soviet.

Also regarding your second point, the F-4F had no capability to fire the AIM-7. That's not an excuse, it physically could not, as this was deliberately removed for the German air force versions.

Try it, play it. From what I can see, you saw Soviet vehicles only from the one side of the barrel

AIM-9L and R-60M are not directly comparable other than the fact they are all aspect. AIM-9L is significantly better than R-60M. The price is indicative of the rank, as they are all the same at Rank VII.
