That's exactly why it has the values it has. Because at best your going of the best possible estimates and guesswork at their highest values.

France just received a second variant of what already was one of the best tanks in game. The Leclerc is hardly "suffering" and now there are two of them.

We will expand shell choices in the future if it's needed, but the Leclerc retains an excellent shell already without the need for the F.2 at this exact moment.
